Accommodation information

Accommodation has been reserved for congress participants and their companions in Budapest in hotels of various categories as near as possible to the conference venue, as listed below. Hotel prices are in EUR, per room per night, including breakfast and all kinds of taxes.

After registration, please arrange the hotel booking in the online registration database of the congress till 30 June 2011.

Please note that paying of minimum two nights hotel deposit in advance is mandatory to secure reservation.

You are able to make your hotel booking through the system for the following period:
22 August - 28 August 2011.
